– The RA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
– Returns without a valid RA number may not be processed or accepted.
3. Return Shipping:
– Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item(s) received are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
– Any loss or damage incurred during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Process:
– Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process the refund within 14 of receipt.
– Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
– Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on the policies of your financial institution.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
